UPAYA GURU MEWUJUDKAN LINGKUNGAN PEMBELAJARAN YANG MENDUKUNG KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOSOSIAL ANAK YATIM DI SEKOLAH

Penelitian ini mengkaji peranan guru untuk memberikan dukungan emosional kepada anak yatim dalam institusi pendidikan, melalui telaah kualitatif berbasis studi literatur. Kajian menyoroti pentingnya relasi interpersonal antara guru dan anak yatim, keterampilan sosial emosional pendidik, serta berbagai strategi personal yang diterapkan untuk memperkuat kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dukungan guru secara aktif dan konsisten dapat membangun kepercayaan diri dan adaptasi sosial yang lebih baik pada anak yatim. Di samping itu, penelitian mengidentifikasi hambatan utama yang dihadapi guru, antara lain keterbatasan pelatihan khusus, beban administratif, serta minimnya dukungan institusi sekolah dalam proses pendampingan emosional. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mendorong penataan ulang kebijakan pendidikan dan peningkatan kapasitas pendidik melalui pelatihan dan kemitraan lintas sektor. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan pencapaian pendidikan inklusif tidak hanya berada pada ranah kognitif, melainkan juga mencakup dimensi pembinaan kesejahteraan mental siswa yatim. Rekomendasi diberikan agar sekolah menyediakan layanan konseling, ruang konsultasi, dan program penguatan kapasitas guru secara berkelanjutan.
