Abstract

Guru merupakan unsur manusiawi di proses pendidikan di sekolah. Guru berperan ganda sebagai pengajar dan pendidik. Kinerja guru selalu menjadi pusat perhatian karena merupakan unsur utama yang menentukan keberhasilan setiap upaya pendidikan dan ini memerlukan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia secara berkesinambungan terkait pengembangan dunia pendidikan. Studi ini termasuk riset kuantitatif dengan pendekatan assosiatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu SMA di Mojokerto dan diketahui respondennya merupakan 38 guru dari sekolah tersebut. Data dari 38 guru akan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Studi menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru dan pengaruh yang diberikan adalah positif signifikan. Iklim organisasi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru dan pengaruh yang diberikan juga positif signifikan. Kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru dan pengaruh yang diberikan adalah positif signifikan.
